A dashboard is being developed to address inefficiencies in healthcare supply chain management highlighted by the recent pandemic. The prototype of the dashboard has shown significant improvements in streamlining communication, providing real-time information, and enhancing the overall user experience by reducing time-on-task, difficulty in accessing information, and improving process clarity.
